Certified fire protection for real projects across Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Mauritius, Qatar, and Guam. Ratings from 60 to 180 minutes, tested by Vietnam Fire & Rescue Police.

Every rafter, purlin, and brace in this factory roof is protected with NBL intumescent coating. Under fire, the coating expands many times its thickness into an insulating char layer that keeps steel below its critical temperature, achieving certified fire ratings from 60 up to 180 minutes.

Our crews apply coating from scissor lifts and boom lifts, reaching columns and roof steel at heights of 10 metres and above. That means faster progress, safer work, and no scaffolding damage to finished floors.

Several spray teams work simultaneously across the building, section by section. Fire protection is often on the critical path. Our parallel crews make sure it never becomes the bottleneck for your handover date.

Intumescent paint only performs when the dry film thickness matches the certified specification. We apply in controlled coats and measure DFT on every structural member, to the standards tested and certified by the Vietnam Fire & Rescue Police Department.

Before any spraying starts, walls, floors, glazing, and equipment are fully masked and protected. When we finish, we hand the site back clean: no overspray, no rework for other trades.

Fire protection upgrades should not stop your production. We work around installed machinery and ongoing operations with containment, careful sequencing, and schedules planned with your operations team.

Unlike bulky fire cladding or boxing, intumescent coating doubles as a clean architectural finish. The result is a bright, durable surface that keeps the steel structure visible and the space looking sharp.

Flagged work zones, certified lift operators, trained applicators, and daily supervision are standard on every NBL project, protecting your site, your people, and your schedule.
